They placed treats on the other side to entice him, but Arnold remained skeptical. In a demonstration of encouragement, one dedicated staff member even crawled through the flap, but Arnold still did not budge.

The following day, Arnold’s confusion turned into determination. He decided that understanding the door was unnecessary; he simply needed to defeat it.
